Each case is crafted to be kept, collected, cared for and passed on.
How long does a refill last? Are refills interchangeable and compatible?

A refill lasts between 2 and 4 months, depending on frequency of use. It is designed to encourage mindful, flexible consumption, avoiding the accumulation of unfinished bulky bottles.

All Batchig refills fit all Batchig cases so that you can switch scents as you live.
How do I take care of my Batchig case?

Your Batchig case is designed as a keep-forever object, made to travel with you, slip into your handbag and follow you wherever you go. Like any object you care about, it simply asks for a little attention.

To preserve its beauty, avoid prolonged contact with water, liquid perfumes, or harsh chemicals. When not in use, store it in your favorite pouch.
The metal case can be gently cleaned with a soft microfiber cloth.

Where are your products manufactured?

Batchig solid perfumes are formulated and manufactured in France, in close collaboration with our perfumers and expert partner laboratory, following over a year of dedicated research and development.
Why is Batchig a clean brand?

Our perfumes are crafted with a plant-based, alcohol-free formula and a 100% natural solid base.
All our products are vegan and contain no animal-derived ingredients. We are also cruelty-free: Batchig does not test on animals, in line with European regulations.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

What are the delivery times?

Order preparation takes 24–48 business hours (Monday to Friday).

Delivery then depends on the chosen carrier: 48–72 hours on average for standard delivery, starting from shipment.
An express delivery option is also available at checkout, offering 24-hour delivery at a higher rate.
How much are shipping fees? Do I have to pay duties or taxes?

Shipping fees depend on your destination and the delivery option selected. All available options and prices are displayed at checkout.

France
Standard home delivery is free from €95.
Express delivery is free from €190.

For France, the EU, the UK, and the USA, Batchig covers all duties and taxes. There are no additional costs to pay upon delivery.
For the rest of the world, any customs duties or applicable charges depend on your local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I return my items?

Returns are accepted for full-size product orders only and within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are free of charge. Our customer service will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Returns are accepted only if the case and refill packagings remain unopened.
All refunds are subject to validation by our customer service once your return request and the returned items have been reviewed.

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date your return is received and processed for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
